New Microcyclomat is a device to bring about self-fracture of material by high-frequency oscillation due to pressure variation caused by high-speed air vortex. This machine produces the target particle size by adjusting the rotational speed and the suction air volume and exerts high performance.

It consists of a pair of high-speed rotation units supported by upper and lower shafts, a lined casing in a special shape, a material feeder and a bed as well as the bottom fan to supply a large volume of air to the milling chamber, the rotor to generate numerous high-speed air vortex flows and the upper fan to discharge the milled matter to the outside of the machine.
