High-performance separation but still low price

This machine has a quite simple structure featured by easy maintenance, low price and yet high performance. It is easier than any other sifters and we are confident of customer satisfaction.

You just need to transfer the material powder pneumatically or by a conveyor and make it pass through the simple, special shape casing to achieve sorting on and below the sieve mesh. The casing has a stretched metal mesh of a required aperture (μm) and a brush with jet air nozzles rotating behind the sieve mesh for mesh cleaning. The material powder gently collides with the screen repeatedly and the portion smaller than the mesh size efficiently passes through it while the larger portion collides with the screen several times before falling to the machine bottom.




  1. This machine does not contain internal rotating vanes such as blowers.
  2. The metal mesh is stretched across the firm frame with the mesh surface upright, leading to long mesh life.
  3. The structure inside the sifter body is quite simple, allowing perfect cleaning.
  4. The installation area is small and the sifting capability is very large. It is incomparable with other vibration sifters.
  5. It can be installed in the course of the material transfer and the product below (passing) the mesh can be carried as it is to the required place.
  6. Sifting is very efficient and so good that little product that should pass through remains on top of the mesh.
  7. No clogging is caused and some material can be separated by around 10 μm of sieve.
