Swing Hammer Mill is an impact crusher. Fed to the orbit of the hammers rotating at high speed, the material is first crushed by the impact force and additionally by the shearing force.

A wide variety of materials from soft to medium-hard property can be crushed. The product particle size can be adjusted simply and the easy-maintenance crusher is very useful.

Our major production is A-Type and B-Type Swing Hammer Mills to meet various customer needs.

The hammers are attached to horizontal rotor and a screen bar is equipped in the bottom casing for particle size regulation. The material fed into the crushing chamber is milled by the impact of the rapidly rotating hammers and additionally by the shearing force.

A-Type is for processing of soft to medium-hard materials, such as limestone, gypsum and coal.
B-Type is for processing of hard or medium-hard materials, such as rocks.


  1. The structure is simple and tough to enable efficient crushing and specification of a large size-reduction ratio.
  2. Primary and secondary crush is performed at the same time and the machine can be used for the purpose of pulverization as well.
  3. The product particle size can be adjusted by the screen bar gap and the rotational speed. Therefore, closed-circuit crushing is not required.
