New Ultra Separator is a very high-performance dry air separator with dispersion and classification mechanisms unified and widely applied in various fields. It is especially functional for production of ultra-fine powder and removal of fine particles in granular material manufacturing.

The structure consists of the combination of the primary dispersion classification unit in the lower stage and the secondary classification unit in the upper.

Both the primary and secondary units have an independent rotary mechanism to arbitrarily vary the classification efficiency of the bottom primary dispersion classification unit and the production particle size of the top secondary classification unit by adjustment of respective rotational speed.

While an air circulation system is designed for general classifiers, collection of ultra-fine powder and classification of highly abrasive material only use a bag filter for the collection system.



  1. It exerts excellent performance by adjustment of the secondary classification unit especially in production of fine powder between 5 to 10 μm and 45 μm at 99% passage.
  2. The very-high classification efficiency increases product collection rate and contributes to improvement in productivity.
  3. It also exhibits a great performance in removal of fine particles in granular material.
  4. The machine operates with the entire interior at negative pressure and no dust can generate.
  5. The product can be dried simultaneously with classification
